When something is wrong

• Write with the tool's name, its version from Settings, and what you did. Each tool keeps an app.log beside its data; attach it if you can.
• Previo Levy: a project file (.plproj) carries the whole workspace, so a question about a figure can travel with the data that made it. Previo Network: a study file (.pnstudy) does the same.
• Previo Construct: Data Sources lists every series with its vintage and any error from the publisher; a screenshot of that page answers most data questions.

Data and sources

• Previo Levy: the Florida DOR Property Tax Data Portal (NAL rolls), your TRIM notice or DR-403 for adopted millage, the DOR Local Government Financial Information Handbook for surtax estimates.
• Previo Construct: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics producer price and employment series, Census construction spending and Federal Reserve series via FRED.
• Previo Network: Census cartographic boundaries and ACS population, bundled; your orders and your carrier rate cards.
